This Irish oak Known as king of the forest for its strength and longevity, the oak is most sacred to the Druids and the word Druid comes from the Celtic word for oak ‘Duir’.
This Oak comes from Co Galway or (Contae Na Gaillimhe) its Irish name complex history going back around 800 years. The city was the only medieval city in the province of Connacht.
