Kylemore Abbey Lemon Curd

A beautiful Kylemore Abbey smooth lemon curd that is both creamy and tart to taste. Wonderful for use in baking, we use it to give a new twist to our traditional Bakewell Tart. Made from Sr. Karol recipe as seen on the Donal Skeehan's Show.

Ingredients: Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Milk, Lemon Rind & Juice, Pasteurized Eggs.
