Connemara Seaweed Salt is a combination of 50% Achill Island Sea Salt, which is pure Irish sea salt harvested from the wild Atlantic waters of Achill Island, and our Connemara Seaweed Seasoning, which is a combination of Sweet Kelp, Dillisk and Kombu Kelp.
The process used to make the seasoning is called Milling. The Seaweed we use is sourced locally off the Connemara coast. It is hand harvested, dried and then milled. Nothing added, nothing taken away. It is 100% certified organic.
Directions for Use: Seaweed Salt Seasoning can be used as a table seasoning or incorporated into your cooking and baking. It can be used to season fish, chicken or meat before or after cooking.
