Connemara Seaweed Seasoning
Seaweed Seasoning is a combination of Sweet Kelp, Dilisk and Kombu Kelp. The process used to make the seasoning is called Milling. The Seaweed we use is sourced locally from off the Connemara coast. It is hand harvested, dried then milled, nothing added nothing taken away. It is 100% certified organic.
Directions for Use: Seaweed Seasoning is a very versatile product which can be used in many different ways. It can be used to season fish, chicken or meat before or after cooking. Perfect on eggs or for use in soups, stews, chowder or stir-frys. Because of its unique umami flavour, it is a perfect addition to smoked salmon, salad, shellfish or just on your regular sandwich.
Seaweed Seasoning enhances the flavour whilst delivering many important health benefits. As it is a lower sodium option it can be used as an alternative to salt and all food preparations. This product is available in 50 grams and also available with added salt.
- Kombu Kelp: Iodine, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Folate (Vitamin B9), Magnesium
