Where do we ship?
Kylemore Abbey ships worldwide. However certain restrictions may apply to specific regions as outlined below:
- Australia, Canada, New Zealand, U.K. and U.S.A - limitations apply regarding the import of foods and seeds.
- Tax/Custom charges: All prices on the Kylemore Gifts Online Shop are inclusive of VAT. Customers shipping to the United Kingdom may notice delays in expected delivery times. Please be aware, orders shipping to the United Kingdom, that is valued at over £135 are subject to tax & duty as per local laws and legislation. Please see An Post for details regarding payment of taxes
All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Kylemore Abbey is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
How much does it cost & how long will it take?
Kylemore Abbey currently uses the service of An Post to ship nationally and internationally. Please see the breakdown below of shipping costs and standard delivery times.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on official holidays will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.
We cannot change your order (product, size, colour etc.) once it has been shipped. For more information on exchanges/refunds, please see our refund policy.
How do I track my order?

What if my parcel/items arrive damaged or are delayed?
We take great care in the pre-posting inspection of items and the wrapping and packaging of our orders so that they have every chance of arriving with you in perfect condition. However, should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our shop team as soon as possible. Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the carton and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. It is normal for the carton to show minor wear, however, if there is significant damage please do the following:
- In the case of minor damage, please accept the box but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt including the nature of the damage and a signature and date.
- If the damage is more serious you may refuse the order, if this is the case, please contact us immediately.
When you make contact with our shop team, please have your order number, item details, and tracking number to hand (all of this information is included in your order confirmation email) as well as your contact details.
We will endeavour to refund your order as soon as we receive the returned items. Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new order if you wish. Orders can still be returned after accepting damage, to learn more please see our Returns Policy.
When placing your order, please take note as to how long delivery should take. Please continue to check via An Post Tracking, to see how your order is progressing. If you are concerned that you will not receive your order in time, our team will help you follow up on the order. Once you have received the item, if it is too late, you have up to 90 days to return it once it meets the conditions of our Returns Policy.
