Renowned nationally as a music and piano teacher, and one of the longest-serving members of the Benedictine Community at Kylemore, Mother Karol has developed a close bond with Kylemore’s Connemara ponies since their arrival in 2019. Art being among her many talents, she captured the gentle spirit and charm of the ponies in a series of original illustrations—now brought to life through this exclusive tableware collection. This particular mug shows two of Kylemore’s ponies eagerly waiting at the gate, full of personality and charm.
